If you enjoy the cooking process, this is very satisfying; it's all just chopping and adding to one pot. It makes a ton and it keeps very well. And it's obviously very tweak-able: for a healthier version I do two chkn breasts instead of shrimp and sausage, or if you're not so spice-inclined, reduce.
