RIP Alex Pretti. This is heartbreaking and overwhelming. 37 year old IC Nurse, no criminal record, good friend & neighbor. He was recording video and then jumped in to help a woman ICE threw to the ground. Legal handgun that ICE took from him, pepper-sprayed in face, shooting him on the ground.
