Two summers ago, our neighbors raised & released a bunch of bobwhites & a few hung out in our backyard for a month or so. This one musical fella was a regular on the patio.
Even weirder… when I searched Google for a book by this name, I found multiple shopping links with different authors. Not impossible, but the descriptions are oddly similar. Goodreads (owned by Amazon), has more, with one authored by Grok and one authored by Asimov. 🤔 #booksky

I’ve nurtured and killed so many lavender plants over the years. This one that gets mostly neglected is absolutely thriving. Ahhh, the magic & mystery of gardening. 🌱
We moved a chair onto the front porch where the neighbor’s peacock likes to strut in the hopes it might deter him from pooping in front of the door. He decided we were giving him a proper throne.
