So many books to add to my TBR, so little time. I'm currently reading Nothing Tastes as Good by Luke Dumas, and unfortunately, I'm a bit disappointed. Over 200 pages in and not much happening.
Sorry, can't work today. My office chair has been occupied. #Cats #CatsofBluesky
Without saying your age what is your favourite movie from the year you turned 18. [Sorry, no gif for mine!]
Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn't Nirvana, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, or Alice in Chains
Post a random picture or else everything will go bad in July. 🖤
A late Happy Mother's Day to all who celebrate! And a special shout-out to all the cat "moms" out there. 🐱
Without downloading anything new, where are you, mentally?
Currently reading Still Alice by Lisa Genova. It's a more engrossing read than I expected. Thumbs up so far.
Just started The Rise and Fall of Ancient Egypt by Toby Wilkinson. An enjoyable and well-written read so far, but he tends to reference his own previous works in the notes section. 🤔
Oh my goodness, I almost missed #Caturday! A blast from the past: my first kitty Tubbs enjoying some fresh air (and a ribbon).
Picked up In the Woods by Tana French months ago, DNF for some reason (I can't remember why!), picked it up again and I'm enjoying it more the second time around. Go figure.
I'm re-reading The Cobra Event by Richard Preston. Scary stuff! #Booksky
I'm reading Love and Capital by Mary Gabriel - a look at Karl and Jenny Marx's marriage.
I am so late to this! (It's still Monday here in Canada!) Just started Sybil by Flora Rheta Schreiber. Really looking forward to diving in.
