For people wondering about rules for the new women’s professional baseball league, the WPBL will be using MLB rules with a few differences. This is the rulebook I received from the league:

Irresponsible reporting to let this quote stand without pushback from the reporter on the fact that there is demonstrably no danger for cis girls who are in locker rooms or sports with trans girls. (Notable that the word “trans” is not followed by “people” or “women.” Dehumanizing language.)

In the last couple minutes of regulation, the Legacy score and its 2-1 Spirit heading into stoppage time.

The halftime fireworks show has left a massive cloud of smoke over the pitch. Fireworks are so dangerous (see: Angel City FC last week) but they also decimate local bird & wildlife populations (Centreville is on a river & the fireworks were over it). & impede vision for the players!
