Answering your questions. It appears to be from the fall/winter 2002 Collection. Le drool.

It would appear that the main motivators for the Leeds selection was budget, space, and time. The Leeds site would cost the least, minimize local impact, and take less time to complete. the space would also permit ample ground parking and not require parking garages to be constructed. 15/
Additionally the downtown site plan had proposals for a large exhibition space in the exact location that would become Bartle hall/The KC convention Center in 1976 (Helmut Jahn again!). The Arena was the only plan presented for the American Royal site. 14/
Alternately if a separate facility located elsewhere was necessary, they also said "hey here's a 15k seat arena plan to use!" which would be the budget friendly solution to the fieldhouse proposed. 13/
So with this in mind, the original plan was to have one multipurpose stadium building for Football and Baseball (seating 60k for football and 56k for baseball) with a much smaller field house arena space for basketball, hockey, and "extravaganzas" with a 20k seat capacity. 12/

Samantha, 1900s Winter Outfit. I love the winter outfits of all the dolls, but Samantha's is the best in class. The muff, the hat, the cape, the button booties, the skates. 10/10 outfit 4/10 doll (beautiful gowns, great gowns)
Addy, 1860s School Outfit. The blue a-line long skirt with petticoats, a crisp white blouse, and the little capelet. I love the capelet + skirts combo. Might be my favorite AG outfit of all. 10/10 outfit 10/10 doll
Kirsten, 1850s Summer outfit. The straw hat is really what does it for me--kirsten maybe has the best headwear options of any of the AG dolls. The light blue stripe is ideal for mild wisconsin summers. 9/10 outfit 9/10 doll (RIP MARTA)
Felicity, 1770s Christmas outfit. The blue satin is stunning and the reversible bodice insert makes for versatility. 8/10 outfit 2/10 doll (for the having slaves thing)
