Powan is a demolitions expert from Po-Metru and the worker union's representative. He's laid-back and hearty but takes his job seriously because he knows how much can go wrong if you apply too much pressure in the wrong place.

He has enhanced body that is stronger and more resilient than that of a regular matoran, and his brain is modified to ignore the Toa Code if needs be. Despite that, Kikao never got to fight the war he was made for, which left him with unresolved bitterness and anger management issues.
