10/10. Really enjoyed this and hearing it all boom in Dolby was definitely amplified the experience in a way that brought The Odyssey to life in a way that was magical. Also didn’t know Nolan had the sauce in him for some horror based on the scenes with Circe and Polyphemus. Give us more!
There’s something special about H20 having Scream 2 playing on the TV. The connection between Scream and Halloween is special.
Killing Nancy in Dream Warriors was honestly a crazy but respectable move and very necessary to establish that nobody is safe. Same was true for Freddy killing Kristen, even if I think it was a tad unfortunate because Patricia couldn’t come back.

King hasn’t handled anything Green Lantern extensively to begin with. That he’s also got a very problematic view of the CIA & his service is just more fuel on the fire of why he shouldn’t be advising on Lanterns and why Gunn should be taking more flack for dubbing him as a key architect for the DCU

This aerial shot of Jason in the cornfield from Freddy vs Jason will always be a top 5 fave shot from a horror movie. It’s not subtle in its implication at all, but it is still so good and works so damn well.
With how well Obsession did ( + his own comments on the series), I 100% think Curry Barker’s take on Texas Chainsaw is going to be the first that lands with a broader swath of people in a way that hasn’t been seen since 1974. Same with the A24 show Mollner is working on w/ Henkel and Powell.
Exciting! I would guess $59.99 each with only the campaigns and no zombies or MP attached, just like MW2 Remastered. Doing otherwise this relatively close to MW4’s release would maybe cut into sales.
