TONIGHT — Just after 8:30pm tonight, Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker shared that the Texas National Guard is being deployed to Chicago. “This evening, President Trump is ordering 400 members of the Texas National Guard for deployments to Illinois, Oregon, and other locations within the United States.”
NEW — Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker just announced today that “In the coming hours, the Trump Administration intends to federalize 300 members of the Illinois National Guard.” This comes about a week after Pritzker first mentioned plans to deploy 100 troops. We wrote about that in the article below.
