The museum also still has the Californian (the official tall ship of the state of California) and the Spanish galleon replica San Salvador (here doing a mock cannon battle with the schooner Bill of Rights), both of which sail regularly.
And I'll add, the Museum still has the Star of India, which at 163 years is the oldest still seaworthy vessel on the planet, *and* also the oldest iron-hulled merchant vessel, an actual, functional piece of maritime history that has circumnavigated the world 21 times. And you can visit!
Also I've been to the African continent, this argument is *dumb*, even the tiny cheap little rondavel I stayed in for three days in Kruger National Park had its own AC unit. Maybe stop reflexively thinking of all the people living on there as inherently impoverished?

The only time I’ve actually experienced any effort from south of the US/Mex border to use it is this old WWII propaganda poster. Which, notably omitted Canada due to it being part of the Commonwealth.
And the legacy of the casta system very much remains in place in much of Latin America. Mexico, for example, continues to have a problem with colorism; there was an Oscar-winning film about it not that long ago. Read a book sometime, please.
