Tabling at the local Pride with my chapter last weekend went great! A ton of our neighbors took article pamphlets (many of which I wrote) and signed up for our newsletter. Hopefully some join up and start participating in our work to topple the oligarchy and build worker power!

Just bought a couple of new #boardgames to try out with the homies this weekend! If they're somehow worse than the barely-tested games I've designed I will be very disappointed.
Just finished this book! It's very dense with advanced vocabulary and a spectrum of emancipatory politics, which made it a great read for me. But I was hoping for something more approachable out of Common Notions, a book to instill praxis in average readers. #booksky

Currently reading this very relevant book and I've learned that the men who arguably sparked the Cuban and Phillipine revolutions at the turn of the 20th century were a journalist and novelist respectively. Since I'm doing both, I have renewed confidence that I'm on the right path. #booksky
I keep debating porting my #VacuumTCG to Screentop or Tabletop Simulator so people can playtest it. Between nothing having art & the core mechanics of spinning cards with a launcher & looking through polarized filters only working in paper it's not ideal. But at the same time I want people to play!

Finished reading @oroboro.itch.io 's new book today, and it's wonderful. Highly recommended for anybody who likes sapphic romance that's both cute and dramatic, couldn't put it down. Normally I don't even read romance, but Beatrice is such a good #writer I made an exception. #booksky
When I was a teen, Neal Shusterman was my favorite author, but I haven't read anything of his in like 15 years at least. Now I'm about to crack this open and see if I still enjoy his work.
An idea I've had in the back of my head for a while is to try and make a foam prop replica of the Seven Blasphemous Deaths, but given the complexity of the design and my zero experience with foam props, it's really more of a pipe dream compared to getting my games and novels published.

I'll show off some more later! To save money, since this was a small prototype printrun, I used public domain images for over half the cards, editing them to be greyscale and distinct at card size. With ParaLens' archeology theme, it made too much sense. Here are some of the ones I used!
