Low fat lie… basically the same calories, 2g of fat less and you save 20 calories but you get more fillers to offset. Not to mention theres already likely corn starch on the shreds Yay.

If you actually compare them gram-for-gram (28g each): You drop 2g of total fat (8g down to 6g). You save a grand total of 20 calories. Usually, when food companies trim fat out of dairy, they trade off meltability and texture, often padding items with added starch or fillers to compensate—all to give you a fractionally different macro split if you actually weigh it on a scale.$

I’ve been working on my body, now its time to work on the mind. Hoping this journal will be an easy to maintain consistent ritual allowing me to focus on the positive in my life and further reduce stress related cortisol which in turn will work with my physical program to help my body lose weight.
