Well, I look at it this way: when someone spends their life spreading harm and hate, their only real hope is that the atheists are right. Their best-case scenario for the hereafter is literally utter oblivion.
I think one of the worst trends in modern discourse is that everyone seems to think they need to have and share an opinion on everything, regardless of how unqualified it may be.
They convinced us to be more afraid of our neighbors than billionaires.
It's a real shame that the Founders didn't leave us any guidance on the question-oh, wait...yeah. Turns out the belief that we're all equal is kind of a key part of what it means to be an American (even if we often fail to live up to it).
