Set the whole particle to work dynamically, was a fun experiment (Still couldn't implement it fully ingame since Billy's ult didn't expose anything that could change the particle)

To get that in-engine lighting I replaced Billy with a pre-posed, modified mesh, took a screenshot and painted over from there
