Rewatching #DS9 and I think I’m finally ready to say it decades later. Gul Dukat is the greatest Trek villain. What sent me over the edge is he calls up Kira in the middle of the night on her mother’s bday just to say he was hitting that back in the day. No other reason for the call. Just nefarious.
