Sometimes there’s an idea before I sketch. Sometimes, like today, I just start and see what appears to me. This turned into kind of a mountain scene. Maybe now it’s an idea to take into the next sketch. Or maybe it’s a one-off. There’s a delightful freedom in this process! #art #sketch #charcoal
