It works for me. I focus on the breath of the ocean, and I try to breathe in rhythm with it. Then we just sit and watch for whales and remember how to live and love a day.

In case anyone cares how my 1st garden in S. Vancouver Island,British Columbia,Canada is doing. Let me tell you- it is so different. Short season, loong days, cool(60-70°s).And everything gets eaten by birds,larvae, hoppers,wire worms🤮, rabbits, deer..ppl don't even try to garden w/o an enclosure
