Based on publicly available NHL staffing info, going by either Hockey Ops + Dev staff or just Dev staff, Jets rank 32nd in the NHL and about half the NHL average. In Analytics and Scouting staffing, Jets rank as average. In Fitness slightly below average. Dev is where they fall behind.
