At long last this beast showed up, and i got it running in the rig. OH MY GODS THE PERFORMACE!!! With max frame gen and maxed settings in SC I'm getting 120fps easy. And its barely denting the 16gb of vram.
Today's pet project is done. A small little prayer altar in my living room. I got a good start, I just need a dharma to go with it and something above the Buddha.

Cold, rainy days call for a large batch of homemade soup. And yes, it tastes as epic as it looks. The smell was incredible while it was on that low simmer for two hours.

Had a heck of a long day today watching my sister and her husband compete in the Canadian Axe Throwing Championship, and I am super proud of how well my little sister did, coming back from the consolation bracket to make it through to the finals. I'm such a proud big brother tonight.
Honestly, I'm not minding housesitting for my folks this weekend. Get two or three days all to myself to bachelor it up, get a good mental reset, and have lots of kitty therapy. And i feel I'll be getting a lot if this little goomba has anything to say about it.
These sleepbuds were a very expensive replacement for the 60$ anker ones I was using, but these Ozlos have been giving me much better sleep, better noise masking (my partner's snores are TERRIBLE), and at least 10 hours battery life. Love snoozing to white noise or gentle rain instead of snoring.
I had completely forgotten that a few years ago, I took one of these Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tests, and this is what it came up in the end. Honestly, now that I read more about this personality type, it's scary how accurately true it is. This is me to a fricking tee. And I'm ok with this.
Decided to shell out a little bit extra and get me a truly customizable hotswappable mechanical keyboard from Redragon. Loving it with the switches so far, nice and quiet for reds. Even came with 8 spare switches and a second keycap set. Now how do I wanna do these keys?
