In case I've not previously made you aware - my family had a black labrador named Lily. She was born in June 2008 and came home with us in late August that same year, and we had her until she passed in May 2022. This, one of the last pics I got of her, was just after she stole some smoked salmon.

And then we had a trip on the Land Train, which provided a guided tour of the town centre, beach front, Dunnottar Castle and surrounding areas, and finally the harbour. 🚂
More Stonehaven pic dumps - you can't have a chippy from The Bay without subsequently following it up with an ice cream from Aunty Betty's. Mine was banana and bubblegum flavoured, @daibhi.bsky.social's was Turkish delight and Drumstick lolly flavoured.

I like lots of things about this pool but the vintage fanny pad adverts on the mirrors in the women's changing cubicles are especially adorable.

Anyway, happy two years to me and @daibhi.bsky.social 😊 it's not been an easy couple of months for us, especially him, but I'm proud of how well he's come through it all.
I keep getting adverts for these little trips out in Brechin for fish and chips on the Caledonian Railway and I really want to take @daibhi.bsky.social on one.
