Jellycat Stuffies sharing control of our Hug
Topsie: Our plant is passing 6’ tall now & not finished yet! Have never managed to time harvesting correctly - by the time Wolfie & Stunt Double stop bickering about who turn it is to climb up (normally SD’s), the chokes are past the eating-stage & starting to flower. Bees & Flutterbys like them.
Topsie: Arty Chokes are repeated to be possible .. the “globe” version less so, ours keeps coming back thriving on Wolfie’s neglect .. but we’re a bit south of you.
This is the one I was thinking about, Munro - a Dicentra “Valentine” .. we rescued it last year from the “dead plants” section of a Garden Centre. It’s more than earned a permanent home with this showing so early in the growing season. 🥰
Topsie: I wonder if there’s a pile of unseen cartoons on the far side? #bearsinspace (this is my fave ⤵️ )
Topsie: Our Housekeeper seems to have killed 2 Monsteras .. I thought they were “bomb proof”. But wait .. is there a faint sign of life in the pot we kept? *paws crossed*

Pals - today a stowaway snuck into our taxi & we’re going to adopt him into our hug. Please meet Henry Helpfor.
Supplies restocked .. I should maybe have a coffee morning for our bears .. top them up with caffeine so they’re jumping about with energy & making the cave warm, instead of in a heap all snoring away in a corner at the back. 🤔
We still have this one (from 2018) of our Housekeeper dressing appropriately for the day at a local disability charity’s trustees meeting! 😇

Topsie: The boys are out on the Friendship Bench .. discussing upcoming celebrations. I hope that means I get presents. 🤔
Wolfie: Good evening, pals & wannabe pals. Today, our Housekeeper booked a few days in kennels for our 2 dogs. Both rehomes, so their first time in kennels next month. It’ll be a bark-fest for sure!

Wolfie: Definitely getting into warmer -jumper times now. If I can’t find my PandaJumper Army jumper, then I’ll have to “borrow” StuntDouble’s Christmas jumper .. he’s been wearing it all year!
Topsie: I’ll even let robots, aliens, rangers & pre-historics on to have a beep, burble, mumbling or grunt. Hopefully, it will all be good natured, & perhaps entertaining at times. x
