I am not a graphic designer, but I spent an hour in Krita and I made this flyer for a magic the gathering event in November. It's not great but I didn't use the eco killing theft machine to make it and I'm proud of it

Managed to snag the comics from my favorite authors @jimzub.com, @al-ewing.bsky.social and Michelinie, who is at my local shop signing things, so they were giving away trades of his recent lethal protector run. Comics rule y'all.

Is Lay's on here? I got a bone to pick with them. Opened a small bag of chips, noticed it had very few chips in it and decided to weigh it. Dog 12 grams? That's less than half of what's supposed to be there

My local Premodern Magic the Gathering group named ourselves the Akron Blackblades (After Dakkon Blackblade) because another format's crew had already stolen Akron Legionnaires. So we've been trying to come up with a logo for advertising events, making stamps, I made this up last night.

Dungeons and Dragons has meant a lot to me over the last 20+ years and while I've never played much 1e, this piece is so iconic I wanted it to represent what this game has meant to me.

So I never read the original Batman: Hush storyline, but Batman is doing Hush2, and so I'm reading it with like half the context. Last night I picked up one of the DC Compact Comics, a manga volume sized trade of a storyline, for Hush 1.

Hey instead of buying this so I can buy other games, hows about you buy these so I can pay for the $800 in medical bills I just got for my dogs.

The dogs in question. Beignet, the smaller Chihuahua mix in the foreground needed his routine check-up plus some meds for his skin and fur.

Indiana the larger dog in the background is God's most allergic baby. She is suffering from pancreatitis, an ear infection, and a few other issues caused by being allergic to basically everything in dog food.

The last guy, who I didn't play, was on some 3c+ WUB control deck. I saw Mother of Runes, Psychatog, and Meddling Mage. He split with my R1 opponent. I took 3rd.

No real sense of scale, and I'm not an artist but I've been building a campaign setting for my TTRPGs (different than Ashmore county, but I could drop it in there) using Tome of World Building, but one of the towns is built on a giant bridge, and I want to draw it.

Went to Disney's Hollywood Studios today, and Batuu bounded (i.e. dressed up like I'm in a star war). It was a hot day, but weirdly enough pants helped a lot. I met Mando, Grogu, and Rey, and built a lightsaber.

My second dog Jock was not with us for long, so I decided to make sure he was with me always. RIP Jock, aka Corndog, Winnie the Poop, my squirmy wormy little boy.
