Today I profess in the full regalia and honors due to me as a Doctor of Philosophy from UOttawa. My students need the laugh.

The Team is well represented today! A heavy focus on our materials work as it happens, with two of Will's psychedelic presentations, and James leading off on doxorubicin (with hints on why not to use doxorubicin), wrapping up with Ryan wrapping up his synthetic white whale!

We are so hardcore, we quench and restore our stills BEFORE CSC2026. Because a few people aren't going. Nothing is prettier than a ketyl still properly maintained.

Posters of Tim Stutzle or other players (i guess) will be available for lab walls to put over seasonal items like important reference data or legally required safety documents. We want everyone to feel included. Garbage containers are provided for disposing of gear associated with other Teams.

3. Inclusiveness is essential. Otherwise diversity simply becomes window dressing, and equity in recruitment leads to poor retention. All Trant Team members are offered decals for their fumehoods, HPLCs, and biosafety cabinets. Little flags will be available for office doors and desks.

And a statement of Faith in salvation through the Puck Retireval of the competent tetrarchy of Samderson, (bionic) Chabot, Spence (the steal), and Zuuuuuub!!! will be appended to out required IP confidentiality forms.

This lack of previous exposure to these essential experiences is not their fault. It must be considered with compassion. The right response is not to exclude them, it is to provide education. Its why a lecture series on Senators History will be included in our orientation package moving forward.

We must consider that those who have never lived within the 613/819 may never have learned of the clear superiority of the Sens. They never had the chance of hearing the chants at 11:11. Or the joy of turning the chants of opponents against them in mocking joy. Or the glory of Hossa's flow.

2. Equity needs to always be considered. Many have been less able to show their potential as they come from resource poor backgrounds without access to opportunities. This impacts their CVs, meaning we must try to consider how they did compared to how others would have fared under similar conditions

There are 4 main reasons: 1. No diversity in opinion can be allowed on subjects of core Human Rights interests. Racism, homophobia, transphobia are anti human and have no place in our group. Neither do hateful ideologies like support for any of the 31 NHL teams other than the Ottawa Senators.

Canada's largest medicinal chemistry group bleeds black, red and white. But, you say, John, its impossible that you have unanimous consent. Dont you value diversity, equity and inclusiveness? How can you be so tribal? Of COURSE EDI centres everything we do. That's why we are all in on the Sens!

Hadn't actually looked at the "Board of Peace". Basically "Axis of Mediocrity" with a very distinct "authoritarian failing democracy" vibe. Its more pathetic than I thought, amd more clearly a personal way to get a personal multi-billion dollar bank account for Trump.
