Hey! Old street name on corner of Magnolia & Gunnison (née Lafayette)

Possibly the Decora model?

Scan of text with five designs for glass blocks. 1, 2, and 4 have vertical lines along the height of the block. 4 has a wavy front. 5 is clear. Accompanying text describes each:

[1] Argus —Gives high light transmision and good privacy. The outer faces are smooth and the rounded flutes on the inner faces are at right angles to each other. It can be laid with flutes on one side either horizontal or vertical. Available in 6, 8, and 12-inch squares.

[2] Argus Parallel Flutes— Gives high light transmission and fair privacy. It is the same basic block as the Argus, except that the flutes on both faces are parallel. This block can be laid with flutes vertical or horizontal. Available in 6, 8, and 12-inch squares. This pattern also available in 8-inch and 12-inch square with white “LX” insert.

[3] Decora— Gives high light transmission and can be laid without considering which edge is either side or top. The design is pressed into the inner faces, and the outer faces of the block are smooth. This block is almost transparent and is not recommended for use on sun exposures. Available in 6 and 8-inch squares plain, and 12-inch only with the “LX” insert.

[4] Saxon —Gives good light transmission and is uniformly bright in sunlight. It offers complete privacy. It has shallow, narrow reeds on its outer faces, parallel to wide flutes on the inner faces which are lightly etched. Usually it is installed with the narrow outer reeds vertical to make cleaning easy. Available in 12-inch squares only.

[5] Vue —Gives high light transmission and good visibility through the block. It is frequently used in panels of other patterns to provide a vision area where desired. It can be laid without regard to which edge is side or top. Both the outer and inner faces are smooth and clear. Available in 8 and 12-inch squares.

Here's the permit from 1928! I believe the architect is Andrew F. Hughes, who designed other buildings nearby. (Hughes also on permit for 1931 addition.)

I spy the Harlequin pattern of Pittsburgh Corning sculptured glass module! A PSA, from a 1961 ad, on identifying these blocks.

Two snippets from an ad. Top snippet shows four patterns on squares, identified in snippet of text below:
(1) Harlequin: square divided into three tall rectangles, with an X in each
(2) Leaf: an oval at an angle, with a line in the middle
(3) Pyramid: A large triangle, facing down, with lines coming from each point, meeting in the middle;
(4) Wedge: A large isosceles trapezoid fills 80% of square. Top corners of trapezoid connect to corners of square, creating another trapezoid on top and a triangle on each side.

Vegetation in a receptacle, no. 25, Wrigley Building

Panel of white terra cotta chockful of ornament, including a line of egg-and-dart design. Our focus is an item resembling a five branched candelabra, with parts each branch comprised of, or covered with, stylized leaves. At the end of branches 2 and 4 are little pedestals on which sit spherical fruits. There may be fruit, or perhaps a small bird, on top of a pedestal on the central branch. This candelabra is barely on the correct side of my exclusion for cornucopias, i.e., vegetation in other vegetation.
