Just saw The Mandalorian and Grogu. It was fun. There's some janky CG and the plot can be a little thin, but it was still a fun space adventure. Star Wars can still exist outside of the Skywalkers and laser swords

It's been 4 mths, I guess it's time for an update. I've lost a couple KG and have settled right around my goal weight. My abs are starting to poke through and I'm broader across my chest. Sadly I still have a spare tire and love handles. Makes sense given the lower back injury.

This is the baseline I'm starting with. My shoulders are smaller and I've got a bit of a spare tire and love handles. My back is getting better so hopefully core work can start soon. I need to put a lot of work in, and it's harder at my age, but it's time to start anew.
