I mostly lean towards fish, but it all depends on what specifically is made. With chicken, I only really like boneless fried tenders/nuggets. With all fried foods, I prefer chewy to hard. Fish depends on the type of fish and preparation. Tuna makes me nauseous.

I think I like it well done. Really as long as it's not pink on the inside, it's fine. Also, I prefer it well seasoned. Plenty of salt and pepper. 🥩
