#ChronicIllness crew, please share any recipes you’ve got for homemade electrolyte mixes, e.g. those recommended for #POTS. Today I want to make a dry mix with the correct sodium/potassium/sugar levels to mix in this water bottle. My goal is 90 ounces a day!

Luna received a collar and tag yesterday, bright pink with a sharp silver bell and heart MIL couldn’t find her on a daily basis, she had to lose stealth mode. Bluebirds, acorn woodpeckers, flycatchers and juncos all nest nearby. But her favorite prey are the alligator lizards.

Garden report 🌱 The broccoli seedlings didn’t make it, and only 1 type of nightshade. Is it chili or tomato? Cannot tell. Carrots and potatoes are popping off, green beans are being nibbled at night but many have reached the height to not get got. Gopher sign by the broccoli, and a giant cat turd!

Preheat to 350 F. Mix almond butter well before measuring. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl, dry in the other. Then blend dry mix into dough. Spoon into 24 cookies, spaced 2 inches apart on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake 10-11 minutes. Makes 24.
