Day 3 of marathon training and it was an easy 30 minutes. I usually don’t run this late but the day got away from me. It was good to run on tired legs from the day I think and I will probably do it more often. Legs were quite heavy but they felt strong. Easy 6-7 tomorrow. #running

Day 2 of marathon training. AQI is still over 100 so I had to bring inside again today. 10 minute warm up @ 6 mph 10x1 min @ 10 mph or above w/ 1 min walk n jog recovery 10 minute cool down @ 6 mph Felt great and in control the whole time. Great fun workout! #running

Because of the wild fire smoke in Canada I had to take my threshold work in doors. Next week starts training for my next marathon. I am hoping to qualify for Boston for the first time at 49! I am doing the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon Nov 7th. Stayed tuned for training updates. #runningbluesky
