Richeh didn’t answer, but Olly didn’t let it deter him.

Richeh’s face twisted more in displeasure against her will and Olly chuckled at her.
“I won’t pry it you don’t want to talk about it,” he said. “But you can talk to me if you want advice. And you know Qifrey is always willing to listen, too.”
He was just about to go down the stairs when Richeh picked up her courage.
“Master Olly,” she called. “How did you know you were a boy?”

Like a Marvel comics au that’s mostly a spider-man au but with mutants too.

So for Dabihawks purposes, hawks is the first(1) ever government hero after heroes became a thing a decade back. Same basic sad commission backstory except that hawks is a mutant and that’s why his parents hate him. Gets sold to the government and all that and becomes winged hero hawks.

Dabi is an independent journalist and photographer who sells high quality pictures of superheroes to news and websites for money to fund his independent research. His real goal is to take down his father and his big company, Endeavor-Corp and expose them for human experimentation. Him and his siblings were experimented on as kids to try and produce powers in them and in enji, but it didn’t work(2). Oh and also endeavor-corp made the radioactive spider (harvested from all-might’s dna) to make the radioactive spider that bit deku.

Dabi and hawks become interested in each other because dabi knows he has private info on the goings of the government and their experimentations and hawks thinks this spunky reporter is kinda hot.

And also because hawks doesn’t want anyone else to end up like himself, so he wants to bring down the govts plan to create a hero commission and a registry

1) technically lady nagant is the first government issued hero, but that experiment failed spectacularly they erased all mention of it

2) the experiments actually *did* work on Touya and shouto because they have a latent x-gene (the mutant gene) but their powers have yet to come out. (It will come out when presented with enough danger)
