Last day in London. Just over 24 hours before we board a ship with two thousand judgy gays, so yesterday’s workout was mandatory even while on vacation. It was chest and bicep day, but my legs were fighting for attention. Next stop Venice.

You know, this is probably my very first Hump Day post. For years I’ve been super self conscious about my flat ass. But for the last year or so I’ve been devoting a workout day each week to my glutes and legs. It seems that it’s beginning to show.
@yournewdadxxx.bsky.social and I were completely unaware of Bone Island when we booked our reservation, but it turns out we’ll be there next week while it’s going on. We’ve never been at @islandhousekeywest.com during any sort of event, so we’re really excited about Bone Island!
