The physician didn’t appreciate learning from their own patient that a new alternative existed and refused to use it.

With this in mind, Aspivix began emphasizing that less bleeding meant less cleanup, that less fainting meant quicker turnover in examination rooms, that happy patients tended to come back and recommend the practice to their friends.
