Im running D&D for new players. The players were not wanting to math. I get it, the apps make it easy. Its hard to explain... but rolling a 20 on an APP vs Dice doesn't quite feel the same. I setup dice towers. Several people actually got to experience critical hits and have been converted!! Score!!
We had a wonderful time riding infernal war machines across the barren wastes of Avernus. Its like Mad max for D&D Ohh and OMG NERF dice soo fun.
Recently got one of them gaming tables with the touch screen. I prefer old school but its fun sometimes to do both. Was perfect for my Alien game.
