Guhhhh what kind of legwear should the character on the right have I'm stuck

Two elf characters. The left character has green spiky hair, a serious expression, and a silver puffer vest with an iridescent lighting emblem across the center, as well as a tattoo covering the left arm of bones and roses. Decided to resurrect my secondary school OC from 2018 because I thought of an outfit that would be fun (today vs Oct 2021 vs Jan 2018)

A rough sketch of an elf girl with long pointy ears, green short hair, red eyes and a serious expression is standing with one tattooed arm in her jean pocket. Her tattoo is of a skeleton arm going across her actual arm with roses swirling around it. Her jeans are baggy and have bat wing accessories attached. In this one she is sitting and looking down to the side as she wears a white top with a yellow lightning emblem, skinny jeans, purple shoes, purple wristbands, yellow hoop earrings and has a tattoo of a skull and a rose on her arm. She has purple lipstick.

I remember back when I was in like elementary school I was part of an unrelated short film making course for kids and I was sort of directing/editing a short film and to signal a dramatic scene I basically did this to the color balance just in case the viewer missed it was a dramatic moment
