I love petsitting. Not only do I get paid for it, but I often get to hang out with cute animals — this time, two sweet cats and one very friendly Alaskan malamute (all rescues). Even better? The pet parents are vegan.

While Mexico City is busy and noisy (as is to be expected), I’m so pleased at the abundance of vegan restaurants. As with NYC, I’ve only gotten my meals from full vegan places. The highlight was getting brunch at a vegan bakery: French toast bake! 🤤 #whatveganseat
I may not be too fond of America right now, but I will always support our veterans. My dad’s father (who passed in 2010) fought in WWII, and even lied about his age (he was 17 when he enlisted) just to serve. He was in one of those planes and I’m sure he watched many friends die. #veteransday
