Miner's Castle, Lover's Leap, and Gitchee Manitou. Finally off loaded pictures from the DSLR
Took this photo yesterday at the Flat Rock Speedway. A fun little oval with a questionable yellow flag protocol.
A picture of the sky bridge and the hidden lake at the garden today. Looks like tomorrow will be another sunny day and I have zero intention of completing my chores
Final stop before home. Back on our river road. The entire reason we picked our neighborhood in Detroit was this river road. Feels good to ride a bike all day.
Stop three: Chateau Aeronatique, a winery, brewery, distillery, and pizzeria inside of an aircraft hangar.
Stop two: Hidden Lake Gardens. Maintained by one of the universities here, it's very pleasant. Found a friend (not the rider, however)
We are going to the Irish Hills tomorrow. It's the original vacation spot for Detroiters before highways were built. Tourist trap, but there is a giant garden and a few vineyards. And hills!
Here's my rebel 300 back when I lived in Los Angeles. Santa Monica mountains and canyon roads. Not much like that here in Michigan.
Foggy morning. I've been mostly awake for 24+ hours on a runner support crew. It's a lot of fun.
Noon versus afternoon. Made it home. 800 miles or so over 4 days, 3 of which included significant rain. Another long trip for the Rebel 300 (!) and the 1100. #motosky #triplenickel
Two hours* from home. Still in Ohio; completed the Triple Nickel and then absolutely boogied from Zanesville to Bloomville. They really like their ville's in this state. *traffic willing
