The New Scoody-Doo Movies from 1972-1973. It's not that good. Every episodes is too long. While season 1 is kind of meh, season 2 is really boring. It's like the writers weren't into it at all. I did like some of the guest stars, but others were kind of baffling for a kids series.

This evening's bike ride was a bit odd. It was only 20°. I decided to wear a long sleeve vest & leggings. Felt fine, just a teeny bit warm. During my break, took a photo of the mini library at the eastern end of Indian Mountain Road. #cycling

This evening's run went better than I expected. Temperature was only 18°, perfect for a run at this time of year. Bonus!Also, there were fewer horse flies than expected. Double bonus! #running

Went for a haircut, then a bike ride in Dieppe. There's a lot of street construction going on in the neighbouring city. I had to modify my planned route a lot. At least 3 streets were closed to traffic. I was surprised when my app told me I had done 35km. Phew! #cycling

Did a very short 9km bike ride this evening. Rode through the park where I normally run. It was still very windy, but the forest blocked most of it. Stopped for a photo of a family of ducks. Met up with 3 cyclists, waved hello. #cycling

I was not sure what sort of bike ride I would do this evening. It started off very windy, but it calmed down just a bit. I just set out, kept going & did a 24km ride. Met up with a lady picking up books at the roadside library. We talked a bit. Met up with 1 cyclist, waved hello. #cycling #booksky

A short run this evening. After yesterday's long bike ride, I still wanted to run, but not over do it. It was a good length & I felt good throughout. Met up with 1 runner, waved hello & followed him for 2km until he took a break. #running

Today was a 72 km bike ride on the Tracadie to Shippagan portion of the Sentier Vélo in Northeastern New Brunswick. Perfect weather. Perfect trail. My wife, my brother & his wife were all on E-bikes. I was on my road bike. Met up with countless people, waved to as many as I could. #cycling

This evening's bike ride was a bit tough. While temps were 25°, humidity was 88%. Crushing. It took a while to really get going, but once I had my groove, everything was fine. I've noticed that I've lost my rear wheel reflector. I don't know when that happened, so no idea where to look. #cycling

This evening's run was a bit late so that I could escape as much of the heat as possible. The run itself went well. Thought I would do a shorter run, ended up being a normal one. Met up with 3 runners, waved hello. #running

This evening's bike ride was fine, but it's one of those days where you fell that your legs are not 100%. I still climbed hill #3 on 3rd gear, but I was really tired at the top. Met up with 2 cyclists, waved hello. #cycling

It was good weather for this evening's bike ride. Mid 20's in the evening is always good. I did not stop at my usual location for my break, but 1km before it. Then, I did hill #2 & continued on. Got passed by a cyclist, said hello. #cycling

This afternoon's run was good. We have a break from the hot weather (only 20° today), so that made the run comfortable. The park was busy, so I was going around people. Met up with 3 cyclists, waved hello. #running

Happy to say that this evening's bike ride was much better than yesterday. While I did a shorter ride and the weather was still warm, the humidity level has really fallen down to 50%. That made a big difference. Once I got going, everything was good. #cycling

This evening's bike ride was very tiring. We are in the middle of a heatwave. I left at 7:30 & temps were still 30° with no wind. Climbing the hills was hard. I was huffing & puffing. Got home at 9:14, 1 minute past sunset. Just in time. Met up with 1 cyclist, waved hello. #cycling

Paranoia Agent 妄想代理人. The only tv series directly by Satoshi Kon. It's a good series that really makes you wonder what is going on. The characters all have their own issues & the series does a good job of exploring them. #anime

Went for a morning run, but it was already rapidly warming up. I was sweating bucket (drank plenty of fluids). The park itself was very busy, I was zigzagging around people a lot. Good news: there were fewer mosquitoes. Bad news: the horse flies are coming out. #running

Went for a short bike ride. While temperatures were 26°, it was mostly cloudy & that blocked out the strong sun, making the ride more pleasant. This year is a bit odd: I have less time for long rides & I miss that. I will put anime on the back burner for the summer so that i can bike more. #cycling

Went for a late evening run. It was still 27°. I think this year is going to be awful for mosquitoes after the very wet spring that we've gotten. It was hard to stay stopped for long. #running

Went on a late evening bike ride. Everything was good. While I did not have time for a longer ride, instead I decided to push myself a bit harder, especially on hill #3. I did not race it, but I did it faster than normal. I was breathing hard at the top. #cycling

This morning's run went better than I expected. My right knee still bothers me a bit from yesterday's bike fall, but it's a side bone that doesn't feel running impact. I was careful & didn't experience discomfort. Met up with 1 runner, waved hello. #running

Ouch. While biking, I stopped at the Gorge Road spring for fresh water. I forgot to unclip from the pedals & fell sideways on my right. Ouch. My arm & hip hurt for a few minutes, but it's my right knee that still bothers me: the bike's central bar fell on it. Continued the ride, went ok. #cycling

Today's bike ride was ok. Heading up north, I could see rain to my left (west). When started heading south, the road ahead was all wet. The good part: I never got hit by rain. 5 minutes after I got home, it was raining again. Vincent 2, Weather 0. #cycling
