Late to the posting here. But great matchup against the Swiss. When Canada scored the place erupted, really thought they might be able to press and get the equalizer but full credit to the Swiss team who played patient and didn't give up much especially in the 2nd half.

The pitch at BC Place from section 425 with a giant Swiss and Canada flag on the field. The stands are full of mostly red wearing fans with some white interspersed.

They were not cheap lol. Cost is 980 per seat but would rather just get rid of them at that price than gum up in the resale marketplace at whatever exorbitant price people are looking for now. My friends will still go with their 2 or I can sell all 4.

Not to be THAT GUY (dad mode activated) but I love Costco as a concept and hate it shopping. Regardless! The price for their clothing (for both the kids and I) are crazy affordable. I'm not 100% Costco outfitted in my closet but I almost wish. Like this is basically free! And it's good quality!

Costco had this giant tray of shrimp on sale so I bought it figuring I'd do some nice lemon butter garlic shrimp on the bbq later and I am conservatively 1/4 of the way through the tray with a compostible bag half full of shrimp heads guts and shells and I think I underestimated the work here

I go to Vancouver proper like maybe twice a year excepting my also maybe 2-4 time jaunt directly to VGH and back so other than the Skytrain I really don't know any of these buses but this sounds like me anyway lol.

Oh man. I could talk to you about "non life threatening" hernia surgery waits in the lower mainland if you want. Mine was literally the size of a basketball. Thankfully I did get some feedback through to some people who hopefully care via my surgeon. (FYI took 17 months from GP referral to surgery)

Dr. here and 1 am wondering if I may
take you up on your offer to help with a quality
improvement project I am leading. As you know,
you waited for some time prior to seeing me anc
there was another wait period before surgery. For
some patients who need their hernias fixed and
have other serious illnesses like poorly managed
diabetes, severe obesity, active smoking, frailty, etc
they will have to undergo another period of
optimization prior to their surgery with me.

Currently, this optimization period can only start
once the patient meets me in consultation.
However, I am hoping to institute a program where
a patient care navigator can reach out to a patient
as soon as thev are referred to me, and screen for
any optimization needed and start this process
right away. This way we minimize their wait time
prior to surgery as well as provide some hernia
related education prior to their consultation with
me.

f you are willing, I will have my quality
improvement leader reach out to schedule a
telephone interview, mostly about vour experience
waiting for surgery and the impact of the hernia on
your life, as well as any ideas you have for
improving this process. If you had any feedback for
this project 1 am proposing, that would be welcome
as well.

Amongst the many things being discussed these days which I am not needed to offer comment on due to others more directly affected doing so etc, I did see this on a popular sports app (TheScore) and man is it nice to see the federal government putting this messaging where it needs to be seen.
