Good food doesn't have to be expensive, but does require culinary skill and most importantly, time. Pay, but also rents are enormous. I'm a strong believer in social housing, space for nature, gardens, horticulture would help with SO much. Mental, dietary, spiritual health. Iron? Nettle,seriously💪🏽
