Music, arty stuff, the world famous Dundee United FC, the telly but most of all just havering shite.
Belter of of a roast dinner, bottle of Rioja and Jah Shaka on. Sunday evening in the back garden.
Brisket and pastrami dad's day special. Not much on the presentation but fell apart on contact and tasted superb.
Sat in the garden with a huge mug of tea, this on and generally finding life grand.
Me and the boys currently watching the fitba. Muggins here sat on the floor.
I guess the definition of a pioneer is to create something that must have been copied a million times in every A-level and foundation course since
That was a lot of fun, if a little hot. Ended up at the 100 Club for a northern soul night, which was a bit mad post house nonsense. Great tunes and dancers though. Fragile the day.
Billets purchased for the Faith Boat Party. Still not 100% sure I can make it but you need to gamble on HOUSE sometimes.
Another pile of 90's music press off to the skip. Biggest highlight is Betty Boo's Naf Naf coat.
It's a depressing world at the moment, but Laurent Garnier and mates driving around the best of the Scottish Highlands on shit C90 mopeds is definitely the antidote we need.
Good for Todd Edwards letting him know what a tiresome prick he is.
According to Pusbook I did this 7 years ago. Still have Geant too, the annoying fuck. soundcloud.com/wesellboxes/...
There were alternative nights playing dance music before this but Sweatbox was one of Scotland's first actual event. Norman Cook, 808 State, The Orb and Graham Park. The Sunday evenings were due to the venues not wanting to give up their cattle market crowd on Fri/Sat night.
Underworld last night at the Brixton Academy. Two sets, 1st all the hits, 2nd banging techno with Born Slippy at the end. Bit different getting on it next to folk on their phones or just standing around but had a great laugh. The guzzler beckons.
Cracking haul this year. Time to lock myself away and start making music again.
