Honestly I thought it was the part that ran south of Piedmont Park when I first read the article, but when I look at this map it doesn't seem as bad of an omission since the beltline is literally right there
I'm just not convinced there isn't enough room for a full width bike lane here
Just boarded a southbound train at Sandy Springs and it's already pretty full of fans traveling to the world cup match. This train is gonna be PACKED by the time we hit five points
According to FIFA 275,000 people have attended the FIFA fan fest in downtown Atlanta, the most of any of the host cities so far
This sequence of numbers at the Grant Park Playground really bothers me
Okay I was a little too cynical before cause they have these working now and they actually have a nice schedule displayed
And by that I mean its blazing hot. Very little shade at the moment. This tunnel was a nice spot to stop and cool off though
They also got rainbows up for pride month...Just kidding they're actually to show ads or something
Someone told me yesterday on this very app that Waymos are programmed not to block roads
The MLK Cycle track is probably one of the best implemented bike lanes we have in Atlanta, but what depresses me about it is how awful the street access is. There's practically nothing at street level except parking garages and office buildings set so far back you can barely see them.
So glad Atlanta United decided to win the same weekend we made it out to a game
We made it but they are turning people away from the bike valet because its full. Ours were some of the last ones they let in.
MARTA REACH IS AMAZING YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE AS LONG AS ITS IS INSIDE THIS GRAY BOX
Help me out guys I didn't pay attention in social studies: If the mayor wants to invest money in things like affordable housing then couldn't he propose a budget with funding for those things and the city council could vote to approve that budget? Why do we need a TAD? atl.direct/neighborhood...
Okay I didn't fully understand what they were doing at the Trolley Trail crossing over Moreland until I saw this diagram...and I don't think I like it
