A lil salmon, egg, and cream cheese with some everything bagel seasoning.
I haven’t gotten in a full workout for a few weeks due to a foot injury, but I gave it a shot today. Foot feeling OK’ish, and body telling me I needed cardio. Legs and ass had a little amnesia but remembered who they were. Shoulders gotta get back up to speed. Back to a 30 minute ride tomorrow.
