I remember Leicester in the 1980's when the bus company was called "Midland Fox". Thankfully, their buses didn't make fox noises.

At Todmorden, I caught the train once more, this time as far as Mytholmroyd, which proved to be a little gem of a place. I didn't visit the clog factory, instead opting for the wonderful Blue Teapot café
I left the train at the canalside village of Walsden, before heading up the towpath towards Todmorden
It was a beautiful day today with sunshine and clear skies as winter passes the baton on to spring. I took the opportunity to explore the #CalderValley line in #WestYorkshire
I propose it should be at the geographical centre of the UK, which, according to Wikipedia, is off the coast in Morecambe Bay
