Getting there, might need to glaze the leather highlights back a bit and I think I'll use some varnish to modify how shiny the cape is
He's proving fun to paint up. An interesting challenge trying to do multiple different silvers alongside black and grey #nerdlings
I think en masse will be fine but I'm also someone painting a load of these later in the year 😅
Waiting on the modified base to set properly but found a use for some old Ravenwing bits (grabbed a second Speeder on eBay)
All the push fit in Armageddon so far have been a breeze. I probably need to add some more Dark Angels drip to these and very glad that past me bought too many upgrade sprues 😅

Besides the cover these were the first bits of art in the 3rd ed Rulebook I saw and fully hooked me into the world of 40k. I don't think it would have gripped me without those John Blanche artworks Rest in Peace John
Enjoyed the P3 Paint and Take The paints are very smooth and have a long drying time which was neat but I didn't do much blending at all. Made a nice little wash though
My 3rd ed make your own vehicle rules Blood Angel (circa 2002) to a Cathay Jade Warrior using NMM (The Votann just happens to be in shot 😅)
So I pulled in the vast majority of the Heraldic Art devices (heraldicart.org) and there were far too many so now you can tweak via category Enjoy!
