Maybe -- I'm going to be as generous as I possibly can -- it's his version of a rally cap...? ton of different ways to express "gah, my team can't get it together!". not sure if a rally cap is the right signal to be giving though!

Thanks to the last month of Trump's madman economic policies, whatever gains your 401k earned in Q4 of 2024 have been erased. E.g., the DOW was at 42,156 on Oct 1, 2024, peaked around 45,000 in December, but now it's at 41,553, below where we were in October. MAGA!
