Hello,

I am opposed to the notion that a TV Rating should be placed on transgender content.

Transgender people are not inherently violent, sexual, or otherwise "unsafe" to see. The point of TV Ratings is to warn viewers of Violence, Adult Content, and other things that are inappropriate for children, such as Swearing and Nudity.

There are no TV Ratings to warn viewers if something contains heterosexual people, homosexual people, cisgender people, etc. So why should there be a warning for transgender people?

Transgender people as a whole are simply trying to be comfortable and happy in their own skin. Nothing about that is "inappropriate for children." In fact, it's a healthy lesson to learn. It does not need a warning label.

Please strike down this notion. Thank you.

i wrote this in ~3 minutes, i know that it could use some rewording, but it's literally not that hard to make rules that are 1. actually enforceable 2. easy to understand 3. not singling out people with certain body types what are these websites doing???

Clothed: Nipples and genitals covered, with nothing sexually suggestive (ie. pronounced bulges, focus placed on cleavage, etc.)

Artistic Nudity: Nipples and/or genitals showing, but not stimulated (erect, wet) or meant to be the focus of the piece.
