The pumpkin pie turned out great! I blind baked the hell out of the crust, and it worked!!! Crisp, buttery, beautiful crust, topped with Julia Child's fluffy pumpkin filling 🤤

Don’t think I have enough followers to get an answer on this corn soufflé snafu, but worth a shot… help!

Throwing this out as a Hail Mary, because Google hasn’t been super helpful.

I wanted to surprise my sister-in-law tomorrow with her family’s corn pudding/soufflé recipe that no one has brought in years. I have the recipe (obtained months ago to deflect suspicion), the corn (frozen from my garden), I have all the other ingredients….

But I forgot it requires a 1 quart soufflé dish.

I don’t have one. Nor do I have a Pyrex of similar size that I can make taller with aluminum foil.

I do have an assortment of round cake pans and springform pans ranging from 4-10 inches; would one of them possibly work? Or is that going to throw off the rise/cook time?
