ive found a pasta alternative that is high protein and i think relatively low cal, its called banza and is chickpeas, the texture is a bit off but i dont mind it personally as long as its fresh. it should be a bit more expensive than regular pasta and comes in all the same shapes. i rlly like it 🧜‍♂️🧜‍♂️🧜‍♂️
