Definitely recommend finding an app that just tracks things locally. I use ShowPal TV and ShowPal Movies on iOS. All of them tap into tvdb tmdb igdb etc. so just choose the one that fits your aesthetic and you should be good to go.

I’m happy to introduce... The Soul Stand. Over the last 10+ years I’ve seen ghastly amounts of money spent on marketing that did little to nothing to move the needle. New & lean indie teams don’t have the luxury to burn through their entire marketing budget without seeing real results.
