Saw this on Instagram earlier and it really got me thinking about stuff. I don’t know if I’m in any way Neurodivergent as I’ve never been diagnosed, but I’m often trying to fight off the feeling of thinking I’m just the ‘spare part’ in a friend group, even if friends say otherwise. It sucks 😭

I know lots of people that I am very happy to call friends, and yet why do I sometimes feel so isolated? I’ll try and reach out even if it’s to chat about anything, but sometimes it can be a struggle even to respond to a reply. That’s 100% on me, I don’t want anyone thinking they are annoying me.
