I bake all my lighting and also hand paint some AO/shadows onto my models as well to really add in some detail, it really makes a good difference as this before and after shows

Worked on making a PS2 style apartment recently. God I could work in this style forever, it's just the perfect balance of not too simple, not too complex. Plus it runs at 200+ FPS! UE5 is great when you strip back the expensive rendering features and just do classic models with baked lighting.

Not even a puzzle but when FF7 first came out, I was stuck at the first elevator for at least weeks, maybe months. I just could not find the button for some reason, I think I just wasn't used to pre-rendered backgrounds haha
